No quick fix, short term, easy to undo physical transformations here. It is all about a transformation of knowledge and habits to empower you to smash your goals for the long term.

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
1. Log your food intake in MyFitnessPal, aiming to hit your personal recommendation
2. Implement the weekly focus
3. Reply to the weekly email, with thoughts and reflections on the past week
THE PRIZE: You will receive points for each of the above each week. The person with the most points at the end of the 6 weeks wins 1 month of 1:1 The Works Plus Recipes nutrition coaching with your nutrition coach.
