An integrated approach ensures your training and nutrition are aligned, so you can get the most out of both.

Our approach is built specifically for your needs. This means we can support you whether you are:

  • A beginner exercising at home

  • A gym goer who wants to get stronger

  • An athlete in Olympic lifting or Powerlifting

  • An athlete who needs to build sport specific strength

Every programme is built for you and we will work with you remotely to ensure that your training & nutrition is effective, supports and fits practically into your day to day life. We work closely together to ensure that you are being fuelled around your training sessions so that you can progress in the safest, most efficient, and healthy way. Summaries of our packages are outlined below, and please get in touch to find out more and book your initial consultations.

3 Month Training & Kick Off Nutrition Consultation

Training:

  • Initial consultation

  • Weekly programming, tailored to your goals, current fitness level, lifestyle and performance each week

  • Video analysis of training sessions, to enable coaching on technique and assess progress

Nutrition:

  • Initial remote consultation

  • Discussion and development of nutrition goals, aligned with your training goals 

  • Assessment of factors influencing your nutritional requirements

  • Food diary analysis (you will be required to send a 3-5 day food diary 48 hours prior to the consultation)

  • General nutrition recommendations, based on goals, food diary and training programme

Cost:

Paying monthly:

  • £220 month one (£150 training + £70 nutrition consultation)

  • £150 months two and three

Paying three months upfront:

  • £505 for 3 months

Training:

Nutrition:

  • Initial remote consultation

 

  • Personalised nutrition recommendation (updated as needed), including:

  • Calorie and macronutrients recommendation, by meal

  • Visual portion size guide + tailored recipes

  • Guidance on supplements 

 

  • Online account containing a summary of your goals, metrics, recommendations and chat function

 

  • Weekly check in via the online account

 

  • Optional food diary review as part of the weekly check in

 

  • Guaranteed within 24 hour response time for any questions

Paying monthly:

  • £265 per month

Paying three months upfront:

  • £740 for 3 months
